15 Days until the Snowflake Fair!

But first check the roster at the bottom of this email to see if you’re already on it.

MAKE:
Fudge or Candy
Baked Goods
Jellies or Canned Items
Handcrafted Items of any kind
Chowder(especially need clam), Chili or Soup

CONTRIBUTE:
New or used jewelry
Items for gift baskets (Anything! By Thanksgiving if possible)
Gently used Christmas decorations
Items for kid’s secret shopping room
“High Ticket” or Special items for raffle
Please place items in labeled bins in Old Sloop Room (except raffle items).

BE THERE:
Wednesday, 11/30 for wreath decorating (Lots of fun for all!)
Sunday 11/27 after church to clear Sloop room
Work at a table during the fair (specify time available 8:30 – 2:30)
***urgent need for bake table sales people***
Clean up crew after the fair (2:00 until done. Especially need dish washers.)
